Enjoy Heirloom Delicacies this Chinese New Year at Nan Bei, Rosewood Bangkok

Ring in the auspicious year of the ox by heading to Rosewood Bangkok’s finest Nan Bei, where for this upcoming New Year, Chinese Executive Chef Matthew Geng will be crafting two prosperous and indulgent menus suitable for both family reunions and business occasions.

The first menu, the Longevity Set, is suitable for four to six people, for THB8,888. This feast includes Chinese heirloom dishes such as Honey-Glazed BBQ Kurobuta Pork, Braised Abalone with Goose Web, Wagyu Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce, and Squirrel Fish.

For larger groups, Nan Bei offers the Prosperity Set, perfect for eight to 10 people and priced at THB25,000. The mouthwatering spread includes Hokkaido Scallop with Scallion Oil, Peking Duck, Spotted Grouper with Light Soy Sauce, Fish Maw with Abalone Sauce, Tiger Prawns with Jumbo Green Asparagus and Salted Egg, and Abalone Rice with Truffle and Abalone Sauce.

Get your Chinese New Year menu fix with these exclusive sets which will be available starting February 5 and right up to Valentine’s Day.

Should you not wish to dine at the restaurant, you can also opt for a takeaway, provided you give two hours notice. Nan Bei has added an On The Move option for those who want to save and dine within the comfort of their own home. Both sets mentioned previously will be available for pick-up at Nan Bei for THB7,888 and THB18,888 respectively.
