Panerai expands the Luminor Marina collection with a new interpretation molded from an exclusive and precious metal: Luminor Marina Panerai Goldtech 44 mm (PAM01112).
The red gold of the Goldtech alloy derives from a formula created by the Panerai Laboratorio di Idee and characterized by a high percentage of copper (24%) combined with platinum (0.4%).
Both materials together create an intense, unique tone and an extreme degree of mechanical and oxidation resistance. To match the gold shade of the case, Panerai choose a deep blue sandwich dial with satiné soleil decoration.
The new PAM01112 runs with calibre P.9010 that has been entirely conceived and developed by the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel. The 6 mm thin automatic movement is fitted with the function for quickly setting the time, which at the same time modifies the date. The movement has a power reserve of 72 hours, provided by its twin spring barrels.
The new Luminor Marina Panerai Goldtech 44 mm is water resistant to 5 bar (50 m) and is worn on a blue alligator leather strap with beige stitching – the trapezoidal pin buckle is brushed in Panerai Goldtech.
A second rubber strap in dark blue is also supplied as well as a dedicated tool for changing. Price: 22,900 euros.
