The global space race for Rolex retailers is continuing with Virginia-based Fink’s Jewelers unveiling plans to open two new flagship showrooms in Virginia and North Carolina in the next 18 months, both anchored by the luxury watchmaker.

One, in Richmond, will replace its 20-year-old store at Short Pump Town Center mall with a freestanding property a mile away on the corner of N Gayton Road and W Broad Street.

Both flagships will be over 8,000 square feet, making them the largest in the extensive Fink’s network on the Eastern seaboard, and creating space for an elevated shopping experience with private and semi-private spaces for personal shopping and entertainment.

“These new flagship stores will allow us to better serve our loyal customers. In Richmond, the future N. Gayton and I-64 interchange positions our new home at the epicenter of retail shopping in the Short Pump area,” says Matthew Fink, president and owner of Fink’s.

“In Raleigh, our North Hills expansion will only solidify our trophy corner in this premiere shopping center. We understand shopping patterns have changed, however our commitment to providing an extraordinary experience for every customer has not. We continue our commitment to exceptional customer service and look forward to serving you in our new flagship stores,” Mr Fink continues. “Our outstanding team members are our greatest asset, and we are thankful for their dedication to quality and service.”

The full line up of brands is yet to be confirmed but, along with Rolex, Fink’s is promising  David Yurman shop in shops, a market-leading bridal jewellery experience and watch brands that match the overall elevated offer.
